For example, how can common drum washing machines allow people to safely and conveniently pick up clothes without squatting or bending over significantly?
In response to this demand, it is necessary to obtain the three-dimensional space coordinate information of the human body and any object with high accuracy during the research and development process, divide the human body into more links, observe the detailed body posture and position information of the human body, and conduct in-depth analysis of biomechanics, ergonomics, and human simulation. For users of different ages or heights, evaluate the positional rationality of product design from the perspective of comfort.

We take a certain brand of drum washing machine as an example, select five test points at the opening and closing, and use the QUALISYS 3D motion capture system to collect biomechanical data when the subjects open and close the washing machine at different test points.

QUALISYS 3D motion capture system
