Conference Introduction
Co-sponsored by the Management Ergonomics Professional Committee of the Chinese Ergonomics Society and the Intelligent Interaction and Experience Professional Committee, and hosted by Xi'an University of Science and Technology, the 23rd Management Ergonomics & 3rd Intelligent Interaction and Experience Academic Conference of the Chinese Ergonomics Society and the 3rd International Symposium on Safety Management Theory and Practice will be held in Xi'an from April 19 to 21, 2024. The theme of this conference is "Winning the Future: Human Factors * Safety * Health in the Age of Digital Intelligence", which aims to explore the intersection, integration and innovation of human ergonomics and safety, engineering, emergency response, management, neuroscience, information interaction, artificial intelligence and other disciplines, share the latest research and practice results of domestic and foreign academia and industry in the fields of management ergonomics, intelligent interaction and experience, safety and emergency management, and build an interdisciplinary, high-quality, open and inclusive academic exchange platform for scholars and technicians engaged in research in the above fields.
In recent years, the membership of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics has gradually expanded, the number of professional fields involved has gradually increased, the problems of thinking have become more and more in-depth, the research methods and means have become more and more new, and the research results have become more and more fruitful. The Professional Committee of Management Ergonomics has successfully held 22 academic conferences, and the Professional Committee of Intelligent Interaction and Experience has successfully held 2 academic annual conferences, gathering many experts and academic newcomers. The integration research and application of ergonomics and safety management have also been better strengthened and promoted. At the same time, the social needs of high-quality development continue to call for people to pay attention to "human factors * safety * health". This conference is jointly sponsored by two professional committees of management ergonomics and intelligent interaction and experience of the Chinese Society of Ergonomics. Renowned scholars and experts in ergonomics, safety, psychology, neuroscience, computer science and other disciplines at home and abroad are specially invited to make conference reports on interdisciplinary frontiers and research hotspots in the field. At the same time, a number of sub-venues are organized to provide exhibition opportunities for universities and enterprise experts. We warmly welcome peers engaged in human factors engineering, management ergonomics, behavioral safety and safety management, intelligent interaction and experience, psychology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, information interaction and related fields to attend the conference!
